European Private Law Monitoring Reports
Within our ‘European Regulatory Private Law’ (‘ERC-ERPL’) project, we offer a quarterly monitoring service, informing about the latest developments in the area of European private law. In line with our ERC-ERPL-project, we adopt a broad conception of private law as including for instance consumer law, regulated markets, unfair commercial practices and standardisation of services. The service consists of regular monitoring reports on European policy issues as well as updates on preliminary references submitted by national courts, opinions rendered by the Advocate-Generals and judgments given by the Court of Justice on the day that they are published in the Official Journal.
