Archives, Memory and History: The Court of Justice of the European Union

The exhibition was organised on the occasion of the official opening of the historical archives of the Court of Justice of the European Union, based on a deposit agreement signed in July 2014. The documents and photos on display, such as the Telegram from the President of the Conference of Representatives of the EC Member States establishing the Court of Justice or the Judgment of the Court of 15 July 1964 on the Flaminio Costa v E.N.E.L. case, cover some of the key historical moments of this EU Institution.
