Infosoc enthusiasts might be interested in getting involved in the Futurium platform, part of the Digital Futures project of the European Commission. The platform, created by DG Connect was created to induce more public participation in shaping future policies and visions of our digital future beyondthe Digital Agenda and Europe 2020. Here’s just a few things you can do on the site:– Create & vote for futures and policy ideas
– Add and search for evidence giving scientific support to futures and policy ideas
– Submit and browse events that are taking place (not just in Brussels!)
– Create blog posts and polls
– Browse quotes (for when you need that little bit of thesis motivation!) and submit quotes that inspire you
