Changes to the “Europa search” engine

The ‘new’ Europa Search is now even more powerful than before as it is based on the Autonomy Intelligent Data Operating Layer (IDOL) technology. The IDOL technology is able to index and classify static documents accessible on websites in various formats (HTML, PDF and MS Office documents such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

The ‘new’ Europa Search provides additional search features such as conceptual search, clustering, query saving and auto running.

The example below (“infringement procedures”) shows the various search features available including filters, RSS feeds etc.
