Reservations for the Library Meeting and Discussion rooms operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t miss out!
Stockholm meeting room (new!)
The Library is pleased to introduce the Stockholm meeting room, named after the large painting of the city of Stockholm that overlooks the space. Located on the first floor, the room is now available for booking by all EUI members. This meeting room offers the following features:
- Around the table: 16 seats
- Motorised projection screen
- Speaker
- One wireless microphone
- Mobile whiteboard
- Wall mounted whiteboard.
Discussion room
Located on the top floor, the Discussion room is available for booking by all EUI members. It includes a table with seating for up to six people, and the following features:
- Video projector with HDMI connectivity for laptop integration
- Whiteboard.
Social room
Also located on the top floor, the Social room offers a cozy atmosphere for users to relax, make phone calls, or engage in informal conversations. No reservations are required for this space, and it’s the only area in the Library where food and drinks are allowed.
Accessing the rooms
To access these rooms, please use the main entrance and exit of the EUI Library located on the ground floor of Badia.
Important reminder
When booking, please ensure you allocate enough time to return the room to its original arrangement after your meeting.

Guidelines for using Library rooms
To ensure a smooth experience for all users, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Purpose and priority of use: Academic meetings, research collaborations, workshops, and Library-related activities may take precedence.
- Capacity and cancellation: For safety reasons, please do not exceed the room capacity. Reservations will be canceled if users are more than 30 minutes late, allowing others to use the space.
- Responsible use: Personal items cannot be stored in the Library. Please keep noise levels low to maintain a conducive study environment for regular Library users.
- Accountability: Users are responsible for the care and cleanliness of the rooms during their use. Please return the space to its original setup before leaving. Any damages incurred will be the user’s responsibility.
