Upgrade of the Web of Science bibliographical and citation database

The Web of Science database was upgraded to version 5.9 this week. The database provides tools for bibliography-building, citation analysis and rankings. New features include; larger clickable targets in the refine panel and in full records; more descriptive error messages when no results are returned; improved searching by organisation / university, and easier navigation for touch pad. A presentation of the Web of Science takes place in the Library training room at 13:30 on Wednesday the 13th of February.

EUI Library Bibliography of the writings of Tommaso Padoa-Schioppa

The Library maintains a Bibliography of the works of Tommaso Padoa-Schioppa (1940-2010) an influential figure in the history of European monetary integration. The Library also provides a Euro Information Resources Directory and a Eurozone Statistics Index. There will be an introduction to European, EU and Eurozone data on Wednesday, 26 September, at 13:30 in room 4 at the Badia Fiesolana. All are welcome.
