Reorganisation of Thomson Reuters’ Datastream data support site, market information bulletins and alerts

Thomson Reuters is reorganising the presentation of support materials and content alert services for Datastream and other products. The new Lipper Alpha Forum was launched on 11 January. Sign up for alerts via this link. The new Datastream Infobase support site is being launched to replace the current Datastream Extranet data support site. “Existing entry points to the Extranet via buttons or links within the Datastream product interfaces will be set to redirect to equivalent Infobase URLs by the end of January.” The main Datastream EUI-subscription platform is not affected. Datastream is a global financial and macroeconomic database covering equities, stock market indices, currencies, company fundamentals, fixed income securities and key economic indicators for 175 countries and 60 markets. The new charting blog from Datastream highlights topical data extractions, and offers tips on data visualisation. The charting manual is on this Library page. EUI members have access to the Datastream global financial and macroeconomic database on campus desktops via ‘Programmes.’ Datastream covers equities, stock market indices, currencies, company fundamentals, fixed income securities and economic indicators for 175 countries and 60 markets. EUI Datastream upgraded to version 5.1

The EUI’s premier database for equity and global macroeconomic data has been upgraded to version 5.1. Datastream (Thomson Reuters) is a global financial and macroeconomic database covering equities, stock market indices, currencies, company financials and key economic indicators by country and sector.
