The EUI Research Repository, Cadmus, is highly ranked over the years. The January 2016 edition of the Ranking Web of Repositories positions Cadmus 1st in Italy, 80th in Europe and 134th over the world.

ORCID author identifier pilot project: implementation and cost-benefit analysis

Recently a report on the benefits of ORCID (author identifier) implementation in higher education was published.

ORCID provides a persistent digital identifier that distinguishes you from every other researcher and – through integration in key research workflows such as manuscript and grant submission – supports automated linkages between the author and his/her professional activities ensuring that the work is recognized. ORCID is a non-profit organization supported by a global community of organizational members, including research organizations, publishers, funders, professional associations, and other stakeholders in the research ecosystem.
