Richard Bellamy, Director of the MWP, has delivered a public lecture on “International Human Rights and Democratic Public Ethics” on 6 June 2014. The event was organized by the Royal Irish Academy and hosted by the University of Limerik. The President of the Irish Republic Michael D. Higgins presented the response to the lecture.
