• Settlement of disputes in both the WTO and International Investment: Differences and conflict; overlap and interplay
• Status of non-market economies and their organs (e.g. Sovereign Wealth Funds)
• Litigation and procedural issues; jurisdictional conflicts between tribunals
• Regulation of energy and environment in international trade and investment law
